Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Grants Administrator to join their team in London on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Grants Administrator, you will be the first point of contact in the team supporting all Grants related telephone calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to telephone and email enquiries regarding grant applications
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Grants team, including maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and address emergency or time-critical situations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Assisting in maintaining comprehensive case and financial records, both digitally and in paper format

Requirements

  • Previous experience in grant administration within the nonprofit sector is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
