Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission

My client is an industry leader in recruitment consultancy. They recruit into Office Support, IT and Accounting & Finance. They have grown rapidly since they were established in 2000 and now have offices in various areas of the UK.

You will be responsible for client development on the business. This will primarily be done via cold calling and networking. Once you have acquired your business you will then have to source your candidates via methods such as headhunting and advertising. Then, you will need to 360 sell your clients to your candidates and vice versa, negotiate contracts and close deals! Completing this process will result in commission in your bank account!

What do you need to succeed?

A Trainee Recruitment Consultant must be confident, resilient and have a determination to succeed.

This is a graduate scheme, entry level role. Previous recruitment consultancy experience is not necessary; however direct sales, telesales or business to business sales experience is highly desirable.

Above all you must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a NEED to succeed in recruitment.

This is a target driven, sales environment; you must be highly competitive in this industry!

Ideally you will have a 2:1 degree of above. A 2:2 will be considered if you have success in extracurricular activities throughout university.
