Our client are a market leading technology sales recruitment agency based in central London. They are a modern, progressive and mature recruitment agency who don’t micromanage and promote a winner’s high-performance culture and they are now looking to add to their award-winning team!

This opportunity is perfect for either a graduate or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. The Role:

  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
  • Hitting daily targets and KPI's

The Requirements:

  • Recent degree from university or 6 months sales experience.
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly.
  • Financially and success driven.
  • Inherent competitive nature.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Resilient, hardworking and persuasive.
