A new opportunity has been created for driven individuals to join our established graduate program at one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic Chartered Wealth Management Houses, at their offices in Doxford International Business Park.

The successful applicant must be a strong and confident communicator with an interest in the financial advice sector.

The individual should have an appreciation, and preferably experience, of offering high quality service to consumers and should be prepared to commit to a comprehensive schedule of CPD to further support this.

Whilst the firm will support the successful applicant through to Chartered status both practically and financially, the individual will need to be prepared to study outside of working hours and apply themselves to our proven progression plan.

First 6 months - Trainee financial adviser

• You will spend time understanding each of the key business units within the group.

• Manage adviser platform subscriptions and handle inbound enquiries from prospective clients.

• Arrange qualified wealth, mortgage and protection appointments for advisers across the country.

  • Build and manage relationships with advisers and introducers.

6-18 Months - Trainee financial adviser

• Complete modules R01, R05 and R03 modules.

• Manage adviser platform subscriptions and handle inbound enquiries from prospective clients.

• Arrange qualified appointments for advisers and continue to develop knowledge through feedback.

• Contribute to development of systems and processes to make client journey seamless.

• Maintain and develop relationships with advisers and introducers.

• Promote customer programs to wider community and support marketing activity.

18-30 Months - Trainee financial adviser

• Complete R04, and R02 modules and prepare for R06 exam.

• Undertake R06 module gaining Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

• Actively support new members of the team, passing on key learning points and conversational techniques.

Post Qualification of Graduate Trainee Financial Adviser role - Financial Adviser

• Following successful completion of the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, you will be offered a Financial Adviser role.

• Providing whole of market protection advice and a restricted wealth management offering to clients across the country.

• Undertake 1:1 support from experienced mentor.

• Gain Competent Adviser Status.

• Continue progression towards Chartered Financial Planner status by undertaking additional qualifications.

• Develop the key attributes, qualifications and experience required to be a successful, holistic financial adviser.

• Considered for field based Independent Financial Adviser role after successful period within the
