Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Specialist Planning & Development Consultancy in Exeter on the hire of a Graduate Town Planner. This is a permanent position.

Our client has offices across the South and works with landowners, developers, land promoters, investors and local planning authorities on a range of projects such as complex residential, commercial, retail and urban regeneration schemes. Join a small team in Exeter and assist in providing the following services to your client base:

-Planning Appraisals

-Strategic Promotion

-Planning Strategy Reports

-Land Purchase / Board Reports

-Project Coordination

-Expert Witness

-Planning Applications

-Research and Engagement

-Lawful Development Certificates

Job Requirements

In order to apply, Graduate Town Planners should hold a planning qualification or similar and be keen to progress towards RTPI chartership. Previous working experience is advantageous but not essential. You should be a good communicator with an eye for detail. A driving licence is essential.

Salary / Benefits

In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary (guide of £22,000 - £27,000pa), a strong benefits package, a varied workload and an experienced leadership team for support.
