Full Time, Office Based - Based near Moorgate

Our client is looking for a professional, hardworking, and bright graduate to join their friendly and dynamic team as a Team & Events Assistant on a permanent basis!

This is fantastic opportunity for someone who has just graduated and looking to get into their first corporate role within a reputable company!

Duties:

  • Providing support with day-to-day administration.
  • Dealing with enquiries from external people via calls and social media.
  • Dealing with reports and publications.
  • Handling any duties relating to events.
  • Assisting the PA with any office administration support.
  • Social media management.
  • Arranging and managing meetings including date & venue bookings.
  • Assisting the events team with administration duties.
  • Other duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent - Degree in Events is advantageous.
  • Experience working in an office is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills and use of Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable whilst having the ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to have deadlines met.
  • Eager to learn about the role and grow.
