Job Title: Graduate Teaching AssistantLocation:

Job Duties:

- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons - Assisting with lesson planning and preparation - Providing one-on-one support to students - Helping to create a positive learning environment - Supervising students during lessons and breaks - Assisting with grading and assessment of student work

Required Qualifications:

- A degree in a relevant subject - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team - Good organisational skills - Passion for education and working with young people

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of educational principles and practises - Ability to develop positive relationships with students and staff - Strong communication skills - Patience and empathy - Ability to adapt to different learning styles

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching assistant qualification - Experience in a similar role within an educational setting

Working Conditions:
