This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance and Accounting / Business Administration / Computing for Business / IT Graduate (other degrees will definitely be considered) looking for their first step into the world of IT / Business / Software Consultancy. You will be enthusiastic, confident, motivated and a problem solver. This training is fully funded and will provide fantastic earning potential as you develop into an experienced Consultant!

The growing business is looking for 10 Graduate Support Consultants who will provide business support to customers Microsoft Dynamics Business Central systems. It is a junior role to start with but will progress usually within 2 to 4 years to a Consultant and therefore being able to deal with customers face to face is essential. At this stage, your earning potential can more than double!

Training will be guided by your mentor using Microsoft provided self-study learning material, testing, onsite classroom training and on the job experience. Microsoft Certifications can be achieved within the relevant areas of functionality.

Skills profile

  • Analytical and research skills to help identify and understand the real problems facing a company, analyse documents and observe procedures
  • Critical thinking and evaluation skills, understanding how departments within a business are linked and common business practices
  • Natural curiosity along with the confidence to ask that extra question for clarification/deeper understanding
  • Problem solving skills along with the ability to be able to coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across the business to solve customer issues and recommend solutions.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, so comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • The ability to understand and learn software and processes quickly and the willingness to continually learn and adapt as new product innovations are launched
  • Rocket scientist and maths genius-lever skills are not required! The role really isn’t as technical as you might imagine.

Start date is the 24th June 2024 and you must be available for the first 3 months to complete the initial training sessions.
