Our client are a growing civil engineering contractor with a growing order book of work, based in Hampshire. They are looking to add a graduate Site Engineer who is keen to begin their career in the civil engineering industry, but who is also looking to become a Project Manager in the future with ambitions of running live projects. The company is able to offer diverse experience, supported by very experienced managers who have worked across a number of different sectors of civil engineering who can pass down their knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Graduate Site Engineer you will be working in an established team to ensure that construction programs and schedules are created and maintained. You will be looking at designs and identifying clashes, all the time whilst liaising and working closely with your line manager. You will learn how to create method statements, use surveying equipment, manage subcontractors while your development and training is monitored. Further duties and responsibilities will be given to you as and when you are ready.

What you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
  • A full UK Driving License
  • A CSCS card
