Graduate Sales Trainee

Exciting career development opportunity for a smart, hard-working & ambitious individual looking to further develop their career in sales. This company are market leaders in their field, working with many large construction contractors.

You will be trained in all aspects of the services the company provides and progress to be an important part of the Sales & Marketing team. Initially, your role will be identifying opportunities, getting involved with the bids and tenders process, supporting the external sales and logistics team as its vital you learn every aspect of the business - whilst providing a very high level of customer service to new and existing customers.

We are seeking a career-minded, intelligent & articulate individual, with strong values & common sense. You will need to be comfortable communicating with customers at all levels, developing relationships & working as part of a highly motivated team. Your experience to date will demonstrate good communication skills, so you could have a background in sales, customer service, purchasing, or project management etc.

You'll be naturally outgoing, competitive and understand the need to invest time & effort to progress your career. This could be an ideal 1st or 2nd role after graduating, or you may have completed a year placement as part of your degree course and be looking to put that experience into good use in your career.

The nature of this company's services require you to be an excellent communicator, passionate and enthusiastic and an entrepreneurial approach would be highly beneficial. Once you are fully-fledged as a Sales Executive a lot of your time will be networking so an outgoing confidential approach is highly desirable.

Commencing basic salary will be in the region of £24,000 per annum. Once training is completed, OTE is £50k + company car.
