The Company: Regional IFA firm based in Moortown, North Leeds who are looking to recruit a Graduate into an IFA Administrator in support of a high-performing Financial Planner on a dedicated, consultative support type basis; ideally progressing into paraplanning work short-term.
- Office Location: Moortown, North Leeds
- Hybrid Working: Yes - 3-days office/2-days WFH
Package: £22-23k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits inclusive of study support to QCF Level 4 Diploma (CII)
- Benefits: Pension, 4xDIS, full study support
- Holidays: 23-days holiday + stats
- Bonus: Discretionary - Paid annually
The Role: A technical support focused adviser support remit geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers, working in HNW circles from an administration perspective. Sitting alongside a paraplanner your responsibilities will include:
- New business processing
- Preparing client review pack for client meetings
- Obtaining quotations/valuations
- Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
- Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
- Database management
- Assistance with client business development and marketing materials
- Basic paraplanning and suitability report compilation - ISA transfers, lump sum investments etc
The Person: Will suit a recent graduate looking for their first opportunity in industry. Someone ideally focused on studying towards their Diploma and taking on adviser support responsibilities as a foundation to progress into more technical work.
