Our client - a leading international legal search and recruitment consultancy, founded in 2003, is seeking a Graduate resourcer to join their growing team.

With offices in London, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Rome, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and additional coverage in the CIS/CEE regions, as well as the USA, Australasia, South Africa and Switzerland.

They are now looking to grow our resourcer team with the hire of a number of new resourcers. The team in London supports the UK private practice team, sourcing new candidates for the leading UK and US law firms in the City. You will join the team and start with a 12 week training programme. The programme focuses on headhunting for the first 3 months which will enable you to gain an understanding of the industry as well as helping you to hone your pitching and influencing skills, build your network and get your name into the market. You will be mapping the market, expanding the SSQ network, researching new clients and talking to and securing new candidates.

After 3-6 months you will attend candidate meetings with an Associate Consultant in order to develop further your understanding of the 360 degree candidate cycle. After 12 months you will take responsibility for your own clients by managing existing relationships and forging new ones.

This is an opportunity to join a leading international legal recruitment business. You will work with an experienced team of consultants, with access to a highly established network of clients across private practice, commerce and industry and financial services.
