Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a specialist executive search firm, with their search for a Researcher to join their rapidly expanding team.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced executive search team, assisting with market research, identifying candidates, selling opportunities and supporting the team to fill senior-level vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing in-depth research projects
  • Qualifying candidates and headhunting
  • Developing detailed candidate records
  • Building sustainable customer relationships
  • Meeting targets and KPIs
  • Developing and maintaining reporting systems
  • Confidently communicating with clients and candidates via telephone

The ideal candidate will be degree educated with some office experience. You will have a natural ability to build relationships and engage with people. An unflappable nature, results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude will give you the tools to succeed in this role.
