Graduate Recruitment Scheme - London
Operations Coordinator (Ops) - Graduate Development Opportunity
"My time on ops has been very positive and I have learnt a great deal both personally and
professonally. The best thing ops taught me was to see the bigger picture, knowing why I was doing
it and seeing the goal at the end. It also taught me a great deal of resilience, pushing me through a
lot of moments in the last three months. My resilient and confidence has improved significantly, I
know believe I always see the end goal and figure out a way to do it, I believe this new found attitude
is due to my time on ops.I will miss ops a lot, especially the autonomy and creativity, I currently
decide how my day works and what I want to achieve that day. On the floor it will be much more
structured!"Ops Story - February 2023
