Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Central London £40k)

Our client is looking for competitive, hardworking, and resilient individuals to take on a fast-paced, client facing recruitment role. Candidates are expected to source the highest calibre candidates, develop and maintain relationships with market experts, deliver top tier consultancy with both candidates and clients and develop new business by building your own client base. This role is extremely rewarding with uncapped commission with up to 30% per deal!

• £24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000+
• Year 2 OTE: £70,000+
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Ideal Candidates

• Commercial or Office experience / B2B sales experience preferred
• Ideally 2:1 or above top 40 university graduate
• Evidence of strong work ethic (e.g., working challenging jobs, working long hours, work alongside studies, commitment to jobs)
• Bubbly, personable, and engaging individuals who have excellent communication skills including in person and over the phone
• Sporty, competitive individuals who have evidence of competing as a member of a team and competing to high levels.
• Someone who withholds a winning mentality and is ready to take on a challenging sales role, furthermore someone who has a top-biller mindset and is financially motivated to come into a competitive business and raise the bar.
