What is recruitment?

• Recruitment is a sales role which is heavily focused on building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. You will have to do business development and cold calling to win on new clients and use your research and communication skills to speak with potential candidates and pitch in your roles.
• You are in total control of your earnings! Recruitment is a commission focused, for every placement you make you can add thousands onto your salary every single month! Starting salaries range from £24k-£27k and your OTE for year 1 is £35k-£45k.
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, you must have a key eye for detail, be able to work in a challenging environment.

Requirements:

• 2:1 or above from a top 20 university (preferably in a research focused degree)
• Ideally have B2B sales experience or worked within commercial environment.

• Ambitious, driven, motivated. We want candidates who have big goals and want to be earning 6 figures as soon as possible.
• Confidence is key for our industry, you will be talking over the phone and in person with a plethora of people so coming across confident, intelligent and articulate is of upmost importance when selling your services as a recruiter.
