Are you an ambitious individual seeking a rewarding career path in recruitment? Perfect Placement Automotive Recruitment is expanding its team in Norwich, and we're on the lookout for driven individuals to join us as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

Location: Norwich, at our vibrant and dynamic offices.
Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings) for First Year: £30,000

Compensation Structure:
  • Basic Salary
  • Monthly Commission
  • Quarterly and Annual Bonus
  • Assured earnings during the training period
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: After training, sky's the limit! High performers enjoy uncapped earning potential, with current staff members exceeding £50,000 per annum.

Work Hours: 37-hour week with flexible start and finish times. Enjoy early finish Fridays!
Time Off: 24 Days Annual Leave plus Public Holidays. Increasing with length of service up to 29 days plus Public Holidays
Hybrid Working: Available after 6 months, offering flexibility to balance work and life.
