Package:£24-28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Sourcing candidates through creative means such as social media
• Pre-screening candidates over the phone
• Meeting with clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

• Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
