Salary: 27k-30k + Commission! (40k+ yr 1 OTE!) (Uncapped commission!)

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Hedge funds:

Our client is looking for a motivated individual with a great work ethic to join a highly experienced executive search recruitment agency, with over 60 years combined experience! With desk based learning you will be at the forefront of one to one learning, developing quickly into a consultant.

Our client focuses on relationships being at the forefront of their culture, working exclusively with many of their client base. These relationships have evolved and revolved quality over quantity to ensure the highest service possible is provided. The benefit of this quality over quantity ideology means that you would be working in a high fee market!

Key responsibilities - Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Hedge funds:

- Build and maintain longstanding relationships with clients and candidates

- Work within a targeted vertical market possessing an in-depth understanding of your sector

- Specialise in both industry and consulting opportunities.

- Deliver a seamless experience to candidates and clients whilst maintaining an honest and ethical approach.

About you - Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Hedge funds:

- Have a clear understanding of recruitment consultancy or executive search

- 2:1 from a top 40 university

- Personable and outgoing personality

- Coding experience is a plus!

- Competitive (Do you have a sporting background? Or extracurricular activities?)
