The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Graduate Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a proficient team comprising 15 specialists, including 9 Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agents, Building Surveyors, and Architects.

With a robust and diverse portfolio, this consultancy offers a wealth of industry exposure, ideal for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor keen on making a significant impact early in their career. The project spectrum spans Industrial (inclusive of Warehouses & Sheds), Education, Hospitality, and Residential sectors, amongst others.

Moreover, the firm delivers an array of client services, from Dispute Resolution and Adjudications to Employers Agent and Project Monitoring roles. This presents an unparalleled opportunity for an ambitious Graduate aiming to evolve into a well-versed Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive industry insights.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• QS work experience in a Consultancy (Internship, Placement Year, Apprenticeship etc)
• Valid UK Driving License
• Confident & Client Facing
