Easy Apply
This is what’s known as a grass root community project. So, you will be based out of the charities Woking office once a week. Then the rest of the time you will hot desk out of job centres, NHS trusts and other charities offices to meet your clients in locations such as Leatherhead, Dorking, Reigate, Redhill & Epsom (so a driver is essential). You will coach and support people to secure employment, through goal setting and continuous 121 sessions covering CV writing, job searching and interview prep factoring in any adaptions they might need.
Ideally you will have an interest in working in the charity sector, making a difference, and helping people. You will have at least a year 2 experience under your belt working in a role such as health care, customer service, sales, supported housing or something which is customer facing or helping people to achieve a goal.
Please apply via this advert – everyone gets a response (if you do get a response to say we don’t feel your CV is the right fit, and you feel otherwise, please follow the info on the email about how to get extra feedback as we shall come back to you).
If you would like to speak to someone first about the role, feel free to call the office and ask for Lawrence (number on the Red 5 People website).
