The Position of Trainee Mortgage Broker

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients that require mortgage and protection advice, and setting up appointments with the relevant brokers.

Specific Responsibilities of the Trainee Mortgage Broker

- Speaking to potential customers over the phone that may require mortgage & protection advice

- Making sure that all leads are handled in a timely and professional manner

- Gaining trust over the phone and working with the client to secure follow up appointments with the relevant mortgage adviser

- Providing first class customer service to clients

- Ensuring that you gain an in depth understanding of the mortgage and property market
