Ideally, you will have a 2:1 Hons LLB from a Russell Group University, or have completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. Recruitment experience is certainly highly desirable, as is experience practising as a lawyer, but by no means pre-requisite or of primary importance. We are seeking someone with an eye for business development and management. The hands-on training includes an intensive two weeks induction ensuring you get the best start to your recruitment career. We provide on-going training including the opportunity to go on external courses as a feature of our career development programme and regular catch ups on recruitment strategy.

There is also a personal holiday target for the month in which the successful consultant are rewarded with expense paid trip to Portugal as detailed below.
