Position Overview:

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the school's support team and provide guidance and care to your pupils. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about education and interested in gaining exposure to a wide range of educational opportunities, including curriculum development, teacher training and more. You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects, interact with senior leadership teams and contribute to the success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of educational programs and projects.
  • Support the development of educational resources, including curriculum materials, training modules and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with school personnel to identify pupil's needs and provide customised solutions.
  • Conduct research on educational trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Genuine interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Previous experience in education or related fields is a plus but not required.
