We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Investment Administrator; a great role in an investment management firm based in Liverpool. There are a number of roles available within investment operations, and they would suit either a bright graduate or someone with admin experience.

The positions offer study support for relevant qualifications, alongside other benefits such as Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and maintaining client investment accounts
  • Dealing with various different investment processes
  • Updating CRM databases and general administration
  • Liaise with investment managers

Required skill set:

  • Administration experience is desirable
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working
