We are looking for Innovative and driven Individuals who has determination and a desire to develop themselves further. The nature of your degree is not of great significance in itself. The main focus is meeting the required academic qualifications (see below). Our client is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven with a natural flair when it comes to communicating and building key relationships.

The Role:

  • To undertake a Graduate Trainee Development Programme with the aim of becoming a fully qualified professional within its niche sector, alongside your role you will be working towards a qualification to become a qualified specialist (over a two-year period)
  • Responsibility for allocated clients with supervision, including negotiating with partners, retaining business and helping clients to manage their risks.
  • Dealing with prospective clients with a view to securing new business.
  • Building key relationships with clients understanding their needs.
  • Providing Risk Management advice to clients.
  • Providing quotations and ensuring all documents are in place and compliant.
  • Attending client meetings, accompanied by an experienced member of the team.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining various systems with client and compliance financial data.
  • Proof reading contracts and documentation.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties - Providing support to the management team.
  • Performing any other duties which management may require.

Academic Requirements:

Essential - Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification

3 x A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above

Desirable - 2:1 Degree Classification

3 x A Levels (or equivalent) at grade B or above
