Graduate Executive Search Consultant - Legal

We are looking for graduate level candidates to join one of the most successfully recruitment and head hunting companies in Manchester.

The role

• You will be joining as headhunted at first before progressing to a 360 role in the future.
• Mapping out the top solicitors in the market
• Approaching candidates via phone to present opportunities
• Approach candidates via LinkedIn
• Meeting candidates face to face to better understand their expectations
• Attend client briefs to understand requirements

The Profile

• 2.1 Degree from a redbrick university
• An interest in Law helpful (not required)
• Ideally a background in competitive sport or having played recruitment to a high standard
• Professional and polished
• Motivated financially to hit targets, but not at the compromise of offering a great service!
