Graduate Environmental Health Officer

Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a talented, committed, and friendly Graduate Environmental Health Officer to join us in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,421 - £28,770 per annum (pay award pending).

You will have the opportunity to complete practical training programmes which will lead to registration with the CIEH as a Chartered Environmental Health Officer.You will be committed to achieving registration within 2 years of you starting your role.

You have already completed your BSc (H) or master’s degree in environmental health, so we know you are self-motivated and enthusiastic. You are a team player, and possess excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills and can demonstrate your experience of dealing with people from all different walks of life.
