In this role, you will collaborate with directors, engineers, and technicians across various projects, primarily within rail but with exposure to other disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing calculations, conducting site inspections, guiding technicians, managing projects from conception to construction, preparing reports, attending meetings, and assisting with staff training and mentoring. You will contribute to diverse and exciting projects while supporting the business's inclusive and developmental culture.

THE ROLE
