A global Aerospace company based around Titchfield has an opening for a Graduate Customer Service Representative to support their shipping department. This company has a fantastic working culture and is the perfect gateway to get into a career within the Aerospace industry. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the team on a day to day basis and getting exposure to different parts of the company.

The Role - Customer Service Representative

The role is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to step into the commercial world. This role will be giving you great exposure, as this will be a varied role. Some of the tasks would include supporting the shipping manager and team and accurate data entry type activities.

The Ideal Candidate - Customer Service Representative

This is a great role for someone with a strong degree classification (First or high 2:1), communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will need to be proactive, able to multi-task and capable of making a decision using your own initiative. Previous commercial experience such as a placement year would be an advantage but not essential.
