Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in civil engineering? Do you want to gain a broad range of engineering experience across planning, design and construction projects?

My clients are looking for a Graduate Civil Design Engineer to join their office in Fareham. They are a multidisciplinary transport planning, civil and structural engineering consultancy, that focuses on providing in-depth solutions, combining a personal approach with strong commercial awareness. As a consultancy, they work on projects across several sectors including residential, education, sports and leisure, retail and care.

You will join a diverse team of transport, civil and structural engineers, working on designing development sites for high-profile clients. Over the course of two years, you'll get hands-on client and site exposure, while rotating across civils, structures and design.

We are looking for graduates who have graduated with a minimum 2:1 in either Civil or Structural Engineering, have strong analytical and communication skills and can prioritise workload and work as a team.
