A renowned estate and property consultancy in Cambridge is actively seeking an up & coming Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team of 4.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone carrying out a conversion, to embark on the next stages of your progression with a vibrant Graduate scene.

As the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of surveying tasks. You'll be actively involved in carrying out works such as reinstatement cost assessments (RCA), contract administration, dilapidations, and various survey types.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

  • A degree in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
  • Dedicated to APC progression either with diary or not.
  • A good communicator, with report writing ability.
  • Works well under instruction and is a keen learner.
