An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a dynamic interdisciplinary consultancy based in South Berkshire.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll enhance their professional practice by servicing a diverse clientele across commercial, educational, residential, and heritage sectors.

The chosen Graduate Building Surveyor will be involved in covering all technical aspects of the consultancy's services.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree.
  • Smart and professional appearance and attitude.
  • Dedication to APC progression.
  • Good numerology ability and report writing skills.
  • Work diligently under supervision.

In return?

  • £27,000 - £28,000
  • Full APC support and training
  • 25 days annual leave
  • 1+ annual leave day added per 12 months of employment, up to 30 days
  • Private healthcare, dental etc - After completion of 6 month probation period
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Pension contribution
