Graduate Building Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduates to join our clients Building Surveying team in Exeter and Plymouth.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and driven person who is seeking full membership of the RICS and holds an appropriate fully accredited qualification to undertake the APC training.
Main purpose of the role.
As Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working alongside Senior Building Surveyors with major public sector clients and Commercial Developers on a variety of interesting projects across the South West of England.
Work includes project work, professional building surveying, dilapidations, party wall and principal designer across a variety of sectors including education, residential, commercial, heritage, conservation and many more exciting schemes.
Skills and requirements.
- For the Building Surveying pathway, we welcome applications from candidates who already have, or are predicted to obtain, a RICS accredited degree.
Salary and benefits
- A salary of £25,000 in the first year rising to £27,000 in the second year and £29,000 in third year.
- The opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, target driven team of professionals.
- Full training and support with all APC and RICS fees covered.
- Full time preferred however consideration will be given for part time flexible working.
