The Graduate Building Surveyors role
In the role of Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be joining a growing team, delving into various Building Surveying practices within a commercial setting. You will find yourself in a nurturing environment, with complete support on your journey to achieve your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Duties will include -
- Contract administration
- Surveys and schedules of conditions
- Dilapidations
- Techincal due diligence
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- Degree qualified (RICS accredited ideally)
- Some previous consultancy experience would be beneficial
- Dedicated to APC progression and development
- A confident communicator - Both written and verbal
- A positive attitude

- £28,000 - £34,000
