Starting Salary £25k and yearly incremental increase | Hybrid | Exeter or Plymouth

Our client, an employee-owned, Property Consultancy based in Bristol, has a great opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their collaborative and supportive team.

Full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. 2-year fixed contract, with potential extension when qualified.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have access to a structured training programme, dedicated in-house Training Manager and Assessors, with experienced Counsellors and Supervisors across all offices.

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor: -

  • Facilitate ongoing workload
  • Covering minor works
  • Contract Administration
  • Design and specification
  • Surveys and project monitoring

Requirements of the Building Surveyor: -

  • Relevant RICS accredited Degree
  • Knowledge of building regulations, codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software for drafting (e.g., AutoCAD), surveying (e.g., Total Station), and data analysis (e.g., GIS, BIM)
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
