Graduate Building Surveyor
An innovative and forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy, known for delivering excellence in the construction and property sectors, is seeking a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be joining a close-knit team of 8 experienced surveyors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, servicing a broad range of clients in the commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
The role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Building Surveying, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
