A dynamic and supportive consultancy situated in the heart of Oxford is eagerly seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to enhance their vibrant team of 13.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
The selected Graduate Building Surveyor will be joining a team that takes pride in its diverse client portfolio, including prestigious names like Oxford University, Oxford City Council public buildings, the NHS, high-value private residential properties, laboratories, and grade-listed buildings.
This role promises a rich learning experience across a wide spectrum of building surveying service lines, with a notable focus on project management. The Graduate Building Surveyor will have the chance to engage extensively with the project timeline, gaining invaluable insights and experience.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
