This is an exciting role for an Ambitious Graduate looking to get into the world of Construction Design; looking to join a business experiencing an exciting period of growth, where you will have an opportunity to work on exciting projects, working with high end clients.

Established for over 40 years, this highly regarded company offer commercial interior design and build services across multiple sectors. Their prime goal is centred around providing the best service possible and delivering specialist, bespoke results to their clients, covering the fit outs of commercial and office spaces. They have won several projects and continue to have an exciting pipeline carrying them well into 2024. They're now looking to onboard a graduate to join their commercial team and facilitate the uptake of new business and manage their growing workload.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business' ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.

This role would therefore ideally suit a recent graduate with an architecture related or construction degree looking to work across tenders, construction, pre-construction, and mobilisation. Experience of using AUTOCAD is desirable.

The Role:

• Collating and organising technical building information from architects
• Preparing designs using CAD software
• Working alongside senior Technicians providing support
• Site Visits
• Create functional models

The Person

• Degree qualified Architectural Technician or Construction Related Degree
• Some experience in the construction industry desirable but not essential
• Desire to become chartered or working towards chartered status.
• Full UK Driving Licence and comfortable working hybrid from offices in Warrington.
