Our long established client based in Southam, Warwickshire are currently recruiting for a permanent Goods In Coordinator.

The role:

To receipt, check and dispatch customer equipment in a timely manner.

Goods In Coordinator key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Receive equipment from couriers & customers and book into management software
  • Ensure a customer order and all accessories required and expected are present
  • Move goods into calibration, service or sales areas depending on customer needs
  • Package equipment for dispatch
  • Handle and administer customer collections
  • Screen equipment and report damaged and missing items to customers
  • Maintain and update shipping software with customer information
  • General housekeeping of goods in area

Goods In Coordinator Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Effective communication to co-workers, suppliers and customers
  • English, Maths & Science GCSE's (or equivalent)
  • Experience of using Indysoft laboratory management software or similar desirable
  • Basic Engineering knowledge preferred
  • Electromechanical aptitude preferred
