Office is based in Gloucester.
Hybrid role (3 days in the office)
You will be expected to lead the development and implementation of engineering projects through their lifecycle from initiation to business as usual. The projects shall be focused on highway improvements of various types and focused on positive outcomes regarding but not limited to road safety, sustainability including active travel and public transport, improving accessibility, reducing carbon footprint, innovation, and value for money.
You must be educated to degree level with experience of delivering highway engineering scheme. Experience of commissioning, procurement, or contract management and leading and implementing programmes is a must.
You must have worked in highway engineering delivery and traffic management and be experienced in building and maintaining productive relationships, including those with stakeholders and partners.
