We’re now seeking a Global Proposals and Contracts Lead to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36.25 hours per week.

The Role

As a Global Proposals and Contracts Lead, you will manage a team that evaluates, prices, drafts and submits customised global proposals and tenders, some of which are complex.

Developing a fair and automated prioritisation and pipeline method for proposals and
tenders, your team will collaborate to provide our Business Development Team with an
awareness of the pipeline, team capacity and team availability.

You will also ensure that proposals are compliant with relevant internal policies, procedures and processes, as well as external factors and requirements.

Additionally, you will:

- Act as the global custodian of tender and proposal procedures and templates
- Work to maintain and improve our procedures and templates globally
- Ensure contractual terms are compliant, measured, risk-managed and fit for purpose

About You

To be considered as a Global Proposals and Contracts Lead, you will need:

- Experience in tender and proposal generation
- Experience of international project work
- Professional experience in a commercial environment
- Team management experience
- Demonstrable business development experience
- A degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies or a relevant subject
- A qualification in commercial contract law
