Global Payroll Manager
  • Location: Paddington (Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and GWR)
  • Hybrid working; 3-4 days in the office
  • Working hours: 0800-1700

Reed Accountancy are working with an award-winning financial services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange and recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. We are looking for a Global Payroll Manager to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team at their London Head Office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in a fast-paced, high-growth business.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in multiple countries including the UK, Canada, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Australia.
  • Maintain compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
  • Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practice process rollout.
  • Advise on technical payroll matters such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments.
  • Manage relationships with external Payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
  • Work closely with HR to track headcount against budget and improve the benefits package across the Group.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to understand the impact of payroll activity on financial statements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an international payroll role.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • A strong academic background.
  • Proactive approach and constant improvement in all aspects of work.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for payroll reporting.
  • Experience working for a multinational and dealing with commission structures is a significant advantage.
