Pay Guidance: £35,000 - £45,000

Job Title: Immediate Start Global Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Global Payroll Administrator to join a commercial, global business head officed in Birmingham . The Global Payroll Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the administration of payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursements.
  2. Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other relevant information in the payroll system.
  3. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant international payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
  4. Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
  5. Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information and support.
  6. Reporting: Generate standard payroll reports and assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as needed, providing insights into payroll costs, trends, and variances.
  7. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  8. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with payroll service providers and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.
  9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in payroll administration, and assist in implementing solutions.
