I am working with a great business who loves to bring language skills into their organisation. This business has around much of their sales coming from export, and Germany is a strong territory for them.
They work in the manufacturing/technical sector, and are a business who are rapidly growing, with a new product launch and a stable business in Germany.

Duties

• Looking after existing business customers in Germany.
• You will be managing a portfolio key accounts. This is especially important as a huge portion of revenue comes from the main accounts they service
• Developing these relationships further
• Visiting these customers in territory when needed and when travel allows
• Managing the relationships with them
• Growing the sales in these areas
• Explaining more technical concepts when needed, so technically minded would be an advantage

The person they are looking for

• Fluent speaker of German
• A proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's
• Account management experience would be preferred
• Being multi-lingual is essential
• Organised with ability to structure and prioritise workload
• Target driven and able to build strong client relationships
• Professional, highly motivated and ambitious
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work with sales data
• Great communication and organisational skills, leadership abilities essential
• Happy to travel in territory when required
