German Speaking Marketing Coordinator

We are supporting an international manufacturing company based in Maldon, Essex, who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Marketing Coordinator/Executive, initially on a temporary basis. The company are looking for a hard-working and highly organised individual to support the Marketing team and marketing activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your new role
Working in a varied role, initially on a temporary basis, alongside the European Marketing team and reporting into the German Marketing Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide local administrative and project support to all Marketing Managers.
• Organise exhibitions, events and presentations in Germany.
• Support in organising training
• Monitor German social media accounts, creating content, booking campaigns and responding to messages
• Assist Content Manager with German translations and proofreading of marketing materials, website and digital content.
• Assist Growth Marketing Manager and website team with SEO strategy in German.
• Assist with the production of local marketing materials and collateral.
• Build and maintain strong communications with marketing team and sales colleagues, suppliers and distributors.
• Provide local support to sales/marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

• Superior organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Must be German native speaker, or fluent in German. Fluent in English. Other languages are desirable.
• Marketing graduate or +1 years' experience in Marketing

What you'll get in return

• Circa £16-18 per hour PAYE, £18 - 20 per hour LTD/Umbrella (£28,000 - 32,000 per annum equivalent)
• Flexible start and finish times - 37.5 hours per week
• Free onsite parking
• Based in Maldon, Essex
• Hybrid working after initial training period - 2 days in office, 3 from home.
• Temporary Contract - asap start!
