German Speaking Customer Service Executive
The company HQ is in Harrogate

Salary £28K

Ideally they would like a candidate who can work on a hybrid arrangement, however if too far, they will consider being flexible on a case by case basis.

For example if you live in Sheffield, some travel or a hotel stay would be expensed for some initial training and then the role would be remote.
They have an opportunity for a likeminded colleague to join them as a German speaking customer service executive.
This will be a 2 day a week in the office and 3 days from home split.


Duties

  • Dealing with customer care enquiries from German customers
  • Advising them on the right products
  • Giving information on the products
  • Dealing with returns
  • Managing any customer issues

  • Fluent German speaker
  • Someone who is very IT literate - you need to be comfortable with Excel
  • Friendly and warm personality to fit in well with a team
  • Passionate about customer service
  • If you have some experience in customer service, that is ideal
