German Speaking Customer service agent

We have an opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join a multilingual team as a customer service advisor, handling inbound business to business queries from German companies a specialist insurance company.

This is a great company to work for, which offers excellent training and potential for career progression across the business. The salary is up to £25,000 pa.

This role can be hybrid so after training you would be able to work from home two days a week.

The Role:

Providing excellent customer service on the phone and by email in a regulated environment.

• Being the first point of contact for German speaking business clients
• Liaising with other insurance companies and underwriters in Germany and the UK
• Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence for quotations and claims from Germany
• Compiling case information and updating the internal diary system

The Candidate:

Do you:

• Have fluent written and spoken German and fluent English skills
• Have a professional manner both verbal and written
• Show attention to detail and enjoy working in a process-driven environment
• Have some office experience (customer service or insurance experience is not necessary)
• Experience German business culture is very helpful

Location

This is a Fully remote role, but you would be expecte to get to the office occasionally. The company is based in the centre of Bristol near the waterfront, between the Old Vic and Temple meads station.
