LRS is recruiting a German Speaking Account Manager for their client, and international company based in London. A well-established business with an outstanding reputation in their market, you will have the opportunity to establish relationships with some well knows brands from the DACH region!

If you are an Account Manager, Sales Executive or have worked as a Customer Service Manager, Client Services Manager and looking to expand your career in a stimulating environment, this may be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities of the Account Manager with German

• Fully comprehend businesses’ requests and handle requests in a professional manner
• Order processing, preparing quotations and organise deliveries
• Coordinate product launches and new designs
• Liaise with internal departments including design, marketing, finance and operations to deliver products
• Log client communication correspondence onto internal systems and follow up on unresolved requests

Requirements of the Account Manager - German Speaking

• Fluent in German to native level and a good level of English
• Experience in either sales support, account management, customer service or customer support
• Highly organised, assertive and pro-active
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and coordination skills
• Good team player with the ability to build relationships
