German Sales Support Executive

A fantastic, permanent job opportunity has arisen for a candidate who is fluent in German to join a market leading international technology business based in their UK office in the Bromsgrove/Redditch area.

This is a new role that has been created due to growth. It will main be supporting two sales managers who cover the EMEA region, one based in France and the other in South Africa.

It will work closely with the UK Managing Director and become an important member of the sales function to support with incoming sales enquiries, quotes and managing the CRM database.

Location = Border of Bromsgrove/Redditch. Due to office location it would suit someone who drives

Salary = £28-33,000 per annum

Bonus = Up to £2000 per annum company performance bonus

Hours = Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

This role is office based 5 days a week

Duties include:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner
• Following up on sales leads and enquires from new and existing accounts
• Generating new sales leads and enquires from new target prospects
• Fully qualifying enquiries/sales leads
• Speaking to European customers predominantly in English with German customers in German
• Enter sales leads into CRM and allocate to sales team &/or follow up
• Ensure CRM is kept up to date
• Produce proposals and quotations
• Follow up quotations
• Updating Price lists and quote templates
• Ensure customer satisfaction Demonstrably add value to partner business
• Weekly Reporting
• In addition to lead generation there will also be opportunities to represent the company at trade shows and there could be some international travel

The ideal candidate:

• Must be fluent in German
• Will have previous sales support, customer service or account management/sales experience
• Experience of managing a database or CRM would be desirable however all training is provided
• Must be a confident communicator and not scared to pick up the phone to customers in Europe
• Have strong team work and a ‘chip in’ mentality due to working in a small office team
